How much cake is too much cake?! It’s a question that haunts us all as we are trying to figure out how to deck out the desserts for your wedding day!

Last week I had the pleasure of visiting the gorgeous Cadillac Service Garage in Greensboro, North Carolina! This venue was super cool in about a million ways. The owners of the venue are extreme DIYers that have truly crafted the most unique, thoughtful and (did I mention) gorgeous space for your wedding day or any other reason you have to celebrate! 

After we finished taking our couples portraits, it was finally time to party! (and eat dinner!) We were so excited for FOOD as many couples are when they get to this point of the day.

The day before our wedding, it poured rain. I mean literally poured. All day. We had to rehearse in our Plan B location which was inside the Barn of Summerfield Farms. Our outdoor rehearsal dinner was moved under a picnic shelter, and everyone kept telling me that “there was no way we could have our wedding outside.”
