Sometimes referred to as “month of” or “day of” coordination, our event management service goes beyond the traditional scope stepping in about 90 days out to tie up those loose ends, create a minute-by-minute timeline, confirm vendors and coordinate your wedding day flawlessly. This service is limited in availability based on peak seasons.
Our signature, concierge-style, phase-based full service planning system is perfect for the busy couples who want something truly distinctive to commemorate this once in a lifetime experience. From budgeting to vendor matching, dreaming and designing, all the way to timeline creation and execution, we delight in handling the details, large and small, while you focus on creating the memories.
We’ll discuss your wishes, ideas, must-haves and have-nots round table discussion style and begin to create a wedding style that is all your own. There are three core areas to this phase: budget creation, venue selection and vendor matching. This initial phase sets the foundation for the remainder of the wedding planning experience, and we’ll make sure it is rock solid.
Our design process is completely comprehensive and leaves no detail untouched. Lovingly named “the fun phase” by our couples, this phase is all about crafting an experience both you and your guests will remember for a lifetime. After fully understanding your vision, we will put together a design proposal that will serve as a lookbook for your creative vendors as we bring your dreams to life.
Behind the scenes we are organizing thousands of details, collaborating with the best talent the wedding industry has to offer and creating a precise, minute-by-minute timeline and layout that is sure to knock your socks off. All the pieces of the puzzle begin to come together to create a beautiful spread, and as your planner, we will facilitate all the moving parts of your wedding day. Suddenly, the months and months of planning come together with the utmost precision due to the countless hours of planning that we put into place. As the main point of contact for your wedding, we will handle all vendor correspondence, direct your rehearsal and coordinate your wedding day from start to finish. After your wedding is where we will wrap up the fine print, return all of your rentals and deliver your wedding gifts and cards received on your wedding day. After you’ve enjoyed your honeymoon and your photos and videos are delivered from your photo and video team, you’ll appear on our blog and social media pages. We love our couples, so we can’t wait to show you off!

YES. A venue coordinator is there to represent the venue. They likely will handle any logistics only as it relates to their venue such as knowing where the ladder is for your florist or being able to dim the lights after dinner. We handle ALL logistics and are there to represent YOU. Your venue coordinator will NOT create or execute your wedding timeline, communicate or manage your vendor team or handle any set up or clean up of your event, only we will do that. A good wedding planner is there to organize the entire event day and create a wedding that you will cherish for years to come.
