Our couples deserve a planner who can elevate their vision and protect their peace. We believe weddings can be deeply personal, exquisitely designed, and an incredible party — all at once.
Why should I hire Sweet Oak Events over other planners?
Absolutely, and most of our couples do. We specialize in intricate multi-day celebrations, curating each event so that every moment feels connected, intentional, and entirely your own.
Can we hire you for more than just our wedding day?
To properly support the scope of each wedding, our planning fee is calculated as a percentage of your total wedding investment, with full-service planning starting at 10,500. Inquire to learn more.
What is your planning fee structure?
Sweet Oak Events is intentionally built for depth, not scale. By limiting our calendar to just 10-12 weddings per year, we ensure every couple receives our full attention, creativity and care.
How many weddings do you plan each year?
Most of our couples begin planning 12–18 months out, though we have orchestrated a full weekend of events in just 36 days. Whenever you are ready, we will meet you there.
