We are SO excited that you are here browsing today. We are Sweet Oak Events – hopeless romantics turned event planners. We plan stylish, unique and beautiful events just for you. Each of our events are perfectly personalized for our clients and no two events are the same.

Our goal for each event is to remove the stress you may be feeling and allow you to focus on what truly matters. To us, that is the love and joy of being surrounded by friends and family as well as soaking up all the goodness of your event so you can remember every detail.

Our clients are busy professionals who are not willing to sacrifice on the details of their event, but do not have the time to commit to planning on their own. We get it; you want someone to swoop in and manage all the nitty gritty details, but remain involved throughout the process to aid in decisions when necessary.

WHO WE ARE

Sweet Oak Events is currently a one-woman show! My name is Cheyenne, and I am the humble owner and lead planner of SOE.

I have a history of planning events from way back in high school and college, but I really fell in love after planning my own wedding. I remember the overwhelming feeling of “now what?!” just moments after saying “YES!” and I am here to remove that stress for you!

I want to use my knowledge and experience to guide you through the event planning process, so you can relax and enjoy your big day.

Major life moments such as birthdays, graduations or weddings only happen once. Let’s make sure you celebrate it in style with an expert by your side.

WHAT WE DO

We are a boutique style full service wedding and event planning business. Planning an event is no easy task when done on your own without the help of an expert. Suddenly the millions of spreadsheets and endless emails are piling up and removing the joy of your event.

This is where we step in and take care of it all. From vendor communication, budget creation and execution, all the way through event completion, we are by your side every step of the way reducing your to-do list and reminding you to feel that happiness that events bring.

We offer several packages that have been meticulously created to fit the needs of every client. Ranging from full service to event management, we are sure that one of our packages will fit your needs. In the off chance that is not the case, we are delighted to create a custom package just for you!

Here at SOE, we specialize in customization from all angles and that includes your package. We would love to plan any gathering you are hosting including your wedding, baby shower, backyard barbecue and anything in between.
